You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Need a different size, style, or product? Contact us, and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange if the item is available.
If the return is due to a wrong or damaged item, Carzeena will cover the return shipping cost.
If it's for a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
