🛍️ Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size, style, or product? Contact us, and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange if the item is available.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a wrong or damaged item, Carzeena will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If it's for a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error.

  • Custom or special-order products.
